Professional Experience:
Christopher J. Manfredi started his legal career practicing in the Los Angeles area for approximately 11 years before moving to Bend in 2006. During that time, Mr. Manfredi practiced extensively in the area of employment law, primarily representing employers in all aspects of employment related disputes, including but not limited to employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wage and hour issues, unemployment insurance issues, and workers compensation issues. Mr. Manfredi also has substantial experience counseling employers in an effort to minimize their exposure to employment related claims and on how to best position themselves for defending such claims should they arise. This experience includes the preparation of employee handbooks and other employment-related policies.
Since moving to Bend, Mr. Manfredi has broadened his practice to include general and commercial litigation, representing clients in many types of disputes ranging from breach of contract to unlawful foreclosure actions to construction/real property disputes.
Personal Background:
Mr. Manfredi and his wife, Mary Manfredi, moved to Bend in 2006. In his spare time, Mr. Manfredi enjoys running, cycling, triathlons, cross-country skiing, mountain biking, and snowboarding.
