Professional Experience:

Ms. Mann is a graduate of Seattle University School of Law. She began her legal career practicing at a small natural resources firm in Seattle, where she developed a strong foundation in water and land-related matters. In 2020, she relocated to Bend, Oregon, where she continues her practice serving individuals and businesses throughout the region.

Ms. Mann is a member of Francis Hansen & Martin’s litigation department and maintains a general litigation practice with an emphasis on business disputes, construction disputes, real estate litigation, and land use issues. She is known for her practical, client-centered approach, combining careful legal analysis with an understanding of her clients’ broader goals. Ms. Mann is detail-oriented and strategic, while prioritizing clear, efficient communication throughout every stage of a matter. She is committed to helping clients navigate challenging legal issues with confidence, sound judgment, and a focus on practical solutions.

Personal Background:

Outside of the office, Frances serves as the Co-Chair of the Central Oregon Steering Committee for Legal Aid, a Commissioner on the Bend Landmarks Commission, and a Member of the Executive Committee for the Oregon New Lawyers Division. Frances enjoys playing beach volleyball, hiking, and gathering with friends and family over board games. She is constantly experimenting in the kitchen as a creative outlet with both baking and cooking.
