Professional Experience & Background:
Greg is a member of Francis Hansen & Martin’s business department. He graduated from the University of Oregon with a joint law and business degree. During graduate school, Greg interned in the U.S. Senate where he analyzed tax policy issues. Upon graduation, he joined Intel where he most recently managed an Income Statement in the Internet of Things Group that was responsible for over $1B in annual revenue. While at Intel, Greg spent time re-prioritizing product portfolios and investments, conducting cost benefit analysis of international supply chains, and managing a large divestiture. His experience at Intel gives him an unparalleled lens into complex transactions and a unique ability to understand both legal and financial ramifications for his clients. Greg’s practice areas include corporate law, business planning, business transactions, real estate law, and estate planning.
